Supplementary model output to Kraaijenbrink et al. (2021). File descriptions snow_elasticity.nc Climatological response of peak snow water equivalent, mean snow water equivalent, and mean snowmelt discharge to bottom-up modulations of temperature and precipitation. NetCDF file format. snow_projections_cmip6_2071-2100.nc Snow water equivalent and snowmelt projections for the end of century (2071-2100) with respect to present day (2000–2019) based on CMIP6 SSP-RCP ensemble mean forcing. Includes projections of climatological change of peak snow water equivalent, mean snow water equivalent, and mean snowmelt discharge. Included CMIP6 experiments are ssp119, ssp126, ssp245, ssp370, ssp434, ssp460, and ssp585. NetCDF file format. snowmelt_daily_1979-2019.tar Archive with annual grids of daily aggregated snowmelt for the period 1979-09-01 to 2019-08-31. Tape archive format, netCDF grid format. snowpack_daily_1979-2019.tar Archive with annual grids of daily mean snowpack for the period 1979-09-01 to 2019-08-31. Tape archive format, netCDF grid format. All model output in this record has a grid resolution of 0.05° and uses WGS 1984 (EPSG:4326) as coordinate reference system. The model code used to generate these data is available here. Input data required to run the model are available here. Reference Kraaijenbrink, P. D. A., Stigter, E. E., Yao, T., and Immerzeel, W. W.
