Abstract

Data file. Differentially expressed genes for B cells from EM skin compared to B cells from uninvolved skin. The column "DIFF_FINAL" corresponds to the difference value used to rank genes (the minimum difference between EM and uninvolved samples). "DIFFERENCE" is a boolean column that specifies whether the gene expression in all EM samples is greater (or less) than that of all uninvolved skin samples, connoting significance (only genes with TRUE in this column were studied). The “COMPARE” column describes the difference used to compute “DIFF_FINAL.” See attached bcr_bcell.csv Data file. Differentially expressed genes for CD4 T cells from EM skin compared to CD4 T cells from uninvolved skin.
