This is the dataset used in the (forthcoming) manuscript that is tentatively titled "Virulent but not temperate bacteriophages display hallmarks of rapid translation initiation". The dataset is necessary to run the code, which can be found at https://github.com/adamhockenberry/phage-translation Outside of the context of the manuscript/code cited above this data will likely not be super well-annotated or helpful. The code within the github repository, however, should provide sufficient information about the structure and usage of this dataset for replicating the results of the manuscript.
