Abstract

Data and scripts accompanying reply to Veller et al. Matters Arising concerning Bell et al 2020 "Insights into variation in meiosis from 31,228 human sperm genomes" Please refer to the readme.txt file for complete details! The script spseqcodata_bivalentanalysis.R runs all analyses and was used to generate the data uploaded here. Further details in readme.txt.
