This is a talk I gave at the COASP Conference 2015 in Amsterdam, held by the "Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association". There is a recording available that you can access here. Background of the talk was that our university runs one of the largest Open Access publication fund in Germany and that sustaining the fund is a challenge.
