Abstract

This dataset shows the mean number of samples needed at 90% and 80% confidence interval and 10% and 20% error rate (% of mean) for basal soil respiration (BSR), electrical conductivity (EC), and bulk density (BD) for park trees and street trees for the paper: Spatial variability of urban forest topsoil properties: towards representative and robust sampling design.
