Genomic and transcriptomic assemblies of a heterotrophic euglenid Rhabdomonas costata

Abstract

The submission contains the data sets of heterotrophic euglenid Rhabdomonas costata strain PANT2. Specifically the genome assembly (Rhabdomonas costata_genome assembly-sp_q20-gc_scaffolds.fas), transcriptome assembly (Rhabdomonas_costata_transcriptome_assembly_20160229.fas) and a protein set predicted from the transcriptome assembly but decontaminated from obvious prokaryotic contaminants (Rhabdomonas_costata_transcriptome_predicted_proteins_decontaminated.fas). The information about the organism, about the preparation of DNA and RNA samples and the data sets will be given in the relevant publication. The raw reads are stored on NCBI under the BioProject PRJNA550357 and BioSample SAMN12125677.
