Vilbasteana Anufriev, 1970 Vilbasteana Anufriev, 1970, Bull. acad. Pol. Sci. 18(5): 261. Type species. Dicraneura oculatus Lindberg, 1929. Type locality. Russia (Maritime Territory). Paraafrakra Chiang, Hsu & Knight, 1990: 32. Type species. Paraafrakra fulvus Chiang, Hsu & Knight, 1990 Type locality. Taiwan. Description. Body slender, green olivaceous in color; crown rounded, lighter, weakly projecting forward; pronotum with whitish markings. Forewing with smoky apical cells, 2nd apical cell stalked. Second sternal apodeme in male with posterior lobes well developed. Male genitalia. Pygofer lobe without setae, widely rounded at apex, with rectangular excision on dorsal margin under anal tube. Subgenital plate moderate in length, about twice as long as genital valve, with outer margin concave; small setae in one oblique row running from base of dorsal margin to middle of ventral margin. Style widened and truncate at apical tip, bearing lateral angular projections, inner of which much stronger developed than outer one. Connective T-shaped, its base and branches of about equal length, base somewhat widened backwards. Aedeagal shaft tubular, somewhat widened at base, bent semicircularly in lateral view; gonopore apical.
