The study of flexible pavement before and after overlay, to analyze the residual life left over for the existing pavement & to obtain the characteristic values such as layer moduli of individual layers of the pavement, duly considering the factors influencing the performance such as subgrade strength, thickness and quality of each of the pavement layers, drainage conditions and pavement surface temperature by using Falling Weight Deflectometer. The activity of back figuring is needed to recognize the modulus of versatility of existing adaptable asphalt. The interaction of back figuring needed inside and out field insight for the contribution of scope of modulus of flexibility of bituminous, granular and subgrade layer. The diversion results are utilized to ascertain avoidance bowl boundary, for example, Surface Curvature Index (SCI), Middle layer Index (MLI) and Lower layer record (LLI). This SCI,MLI and LLI lists are helpful to foresee the underlying exhibition of in asphalt layers and furthermore valuable to recognize homogeneous segment for condition evaluation.
