Esquema integral de monitoreo y evaluación para inclusión, uso y apropiación de TIC en educación

Abstract

Para investigar con M&E (Monitoreo y Evaluación), se tomaron varios frameworks globales de ICT4E. Diseñar un esquema integral para el M&E de la Inclusión, Uso y Apropiación de ICT4E en los colegios de Tunja, Colombia. El esquema de evaluación fue diseñado correlacionando los indicadores esenciales de 7 frameworks educativos. El esquema de monitoreo se compuso de los pasos para medir la evolución. La evaluación final se efectuó a las 14 instituciones oficiales. Se encontró que las instituciones educativas públicas de Tunja se encuentran en el segundo estado de evolución, llamada Uso. Los puntajes individuales en cada Framework ratifican los resultados. Es la primera vez que las instituciones del municipio son evaluadas por sus habilidades en ICT4E, por lo que la información debe ser tomada como preámbulo para futuros estudios; que deben estar alineados con las políticas y objetivos nacionales.
