El presente trabajo, a partir de la metodología del análisis cualitativo de la Ley 1164 de 2007 y la Resolución 2003 de 2014, trata acerca de la gestión del talento humano en salud, dentro del marco establecido por el sistema de habilitación, haciendo hincapié en el desarrollo de competencias y la satisfacción del cliente interno.
