Resumen. Se citan y describen las Orchidaceae conocidas en el Hato Pi��ero, en la regi��n de los Llanos Centrales de la cuenca del Orinoco, representadas por 22 g��neros y 29 especies; 13 constituyen nuevas adiciones para la flora del estado Cojedes. Se incluye una clave para la identificaci��n de las especies, con notas sobre su tiempo de floraci��n, distribuci��n y etimolog��a de los nombres espec��ficos. Orchidaceae of Hato Pi��ero, Cojedes state, Venezuela Abstract. A citation and brief description are made of the Orchidaceae from ���Hato Pi��ero��� Cojedes state, Venezuela; this family is represented by 22 genera and 29 species; 13 of which are new additions to the state flora. A key to identify species is included, with notes on their flowering time, distribution and etymology of the specific names.
