VIVO-i18n - die aktuellen Entwicklungen im Bereich der Internationalisierung

Abstract

Forscher bewegen sich zumeist in einem internationalem Umfeld. Idealerweise sollten also die Inhalte eines FIS mehrsprachig zur Verfügung stehen. Mit der geplanten VIVO Version 1.12 wird die Bearbeitung mehrsprachiger Inhalte in VIVO verbessert. Mit mehrsprachigen FIS-Inhalten lässt sich die Forschung nunmehr international besser zugänglich machen und vernetzen. In diesem Vortrag soll auf die diesbezüglichen Neuerungen in VIVO 1.12 eingegangen werden. Außerdem wird der Entwicklungsprozess innerhalb der Community vorgestellt, der von März 2020 bis Februar 2021 in mehreren wöchentlichen Sprints organisiert wurde.
