</script>This paper examines the present context of the study of the factors affecting anticoagulant therapy and prognosis in Atrial Fibrillation patients. It is notable that “Atrial fibrillation” is one of the leading causes of mortality and morbidity. It is also the high-risk point factor of stroke in humans. The therapy “Anticoagulation can effect effectively on the stroke. Moreover, it is referred to as atrial fibrillation. Howbeit, the world of pharmacy referred to the standard anticoagulation of patients with atrial fibrillation is not very popular. Investigate the status of anticoagulation and its influencing factors to find the factors that affect anticoagulation therapy and provide a basis for guiding clinical decisions.
