This file contains four tables summarising the sequence read datasets generated by Richard Buggs' groups at Queen Mary University of London and Royal Botanic Gardens Kew on ash (Fraxinus) species. This includes de novo genome assemblies, transcriptome data, re-sequence data and bisulfite sequence data. Accession numbers for the European Nucleotide Archive and NCBI are given where relevant.
