The species belonging to the genus Crisilla and other related ones from the Cape Verde archipelago are studied, with a discussion on their generic position. Two previous known species of the genus Alvania are commented on with description of their soft parts and radulae, and six new species of the genus Crisilla are described. A complete list of all known species of the latter genus are given with comments on their geographical distribution.
