A Hofstee cut-off calculator. Upload the student scores (percentages), sorted or unsorted, in a single-column .csv file. Enter the parameters (Cmin, Cmax, Fmin and Fmax) either from individual judges (raters) or as a mean or median. Select the data file you wish to use. The app then draws the resultant Hofstee chart, and mathematically calculates the Hofstee cut-off to 2 decimal places. It also indicates, in and around the specified range, the large gaps, so that you can make any small required tweaks. The “Help” screen supplies more information.
The app is available in the Google Play store at: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=appinventor.ai_itmeded.HofsteeCalc
