This upload contains photos of tool marks and carpenter marks (assembly marks) found in the roof timbers of the sacristy of Jaen cathedral, in Spain. Dated timbers correspond to the construction of the sacristy shortly after 1574. Assembly marks suggest that the roof structure was pre-assembled on the ground before lifting the timbers to the roof.
