Drosophila pupa notum, captured with a laser-scanning confocal microscope (LSM 880, Zeiss). Pixel size 0.188 µm, z step 1 µm. This dataset also contains the parameters to generate the reference surface and local projection, also included. It is meant to be used with the Fiji plugin called 'LocalZProjector': https://gitlab.pasteur.fr/iah-public/localzprojector. The two *.localzprojector files can be loaded directly in the plugin to load adequate parameters.
