Abstract

Avaliação da bradicinesia Dados referentes a coleta de dados do estudo: Avaliação da bradicinesia e suas componentes ritmo, amplitude e lentidão em indivíduos com a doença de Parkinson por meio de sensores inerciais. Pesquisadora responsável: Luiza Maire David Luiz (doutoranda) Orientador: Adriano de Oliveira Andrade A pesquisa foi aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa com Certificado de Apresentação para Apreciação Ética de número CAAE: 65165416.4.0000.5152. Equipamento: Tremor Sensor (TREMSEN) Participaram do estudo 17 indivíduos, sendo 7 do sexo feminino e 10 do sexo masculino, com idade média de 62,6 ± 7,5 anos e tempo de diagnóstico de 5,8 ± 4,1 anos. No momento da avaliação todos os sujeitos estavam no estado OFF da medicação com média de 14 ± 3 horas Protocolo: Itens 3.4 bater dos dedos da mão (pinça), 3.5 movimentos das mãos (abrir e fechar as mãos), 3.6 movimentos de pronação-supinação das mãos da MDS-UPDRS, itens correspondentes a avaliação da bradicinesia para os membros superiores.
