The SatEOFloodImpact relational database is designed to store flood impacts as polygons and polylines associated with high impact flood events. The polygons represent impact over an area, such as an area of agriculture and the polylines represent impact against linear features such as roads. The database was developed as part of the Weather and Climate Science for Service Partnership (WCSSP) Programme, Work Package 3 (Risk-based forecasting), "Satellites for Impact and Vulnerability Assessments" project, led by HR Wallingford and including the University of Oxford.
