Abstract

Figure 3. Fifty percent majority-rule consensus phylogram resulting from partitioned Bayesian analysis of 7676 aligned characters of 11 nuclear genes from megophryid frogs in the genus Leptobrachium. Trees were rooted with the outgroup Ophryophryne synoria (not shown). Black circles at nodes indicate Bayesian posterior probabilities ≥ 0.99, open circles at nodes indicate Bayesian posterior probabilities ≥ 0.95, and numbers at nodes indicate Bayesian posterior probabilities <0.95. Numbers at terminal tips are voucher numbers. Locality data for sequenced samples are provided in Table 1.
