Romania, Russia (South European Territory); Egypt, Morocco; Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iran, Israel, Syria, and Turkey (Asian part) (ANDERSEN 1995; NIESER 1995, KANYUKOVA 1997, LINNAVUORI & HOSSEINI 2000). According to KANYUKOVA (1997), records from Europe, North Africa and south-western Asia need confirmation. From Turkey it was listed by STICHEL (1955), NIESER & MOUBAYED (1985), ANDERSEN (1995) and KİYAK & ÖZSARAC (2001) without exact localities. LINNAVUORI (1953) mentioned the locality ‘Asm. [= Asia Minor] Fl. Hermos’. New species for Bosnia Hercegovina and Serbia; confirmed occurrence in Bulgaria and the Asian part of Turkey.
