Si descrive il contesto europeo e la struttura e le attività preliminari del Competence Centre. This presentation was given within the event "Etica e pragmatica dell'Open Access", 2-3 march 2021 The national Competence Centre of the Italian Computing and Data Infrastructure is presented. European context is described together with the preliminary structure and activities of the Competence Centre.
