Dataset to accompany BioRxiv preprint "Poised cell circuits in human skin are activated in disease" (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.11.05.369363v1). Data in AnnData (h5ad) format. Preprocessed to exclude doublets and low quality cells (<200 genes and >20% mitochondrial content). Healthy.h5ad includes neighborhood graph and UMAP coordinates and annotation from the manuscript in figure 1B. Full dataset with annotation ("combined") in obs.
This has been updated - the previous version had multiple old annotations that are no longer in use,

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 1 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
