Neurolaw, the inter-disciplinary study of neuroscience and law, establishes a relationship of Brain with Law. The achievements of neuroscience shall co-operate better formulation of law and judicial decisions for a fairer judicial system. Emerging from the study of the human nervous system as a new legal phenomenon in the 1990s, Neurlaw promises to address various age-old legal questions and is fast expanding its frontier in diversified areas of law.
