Sap flow methods calibrations dataset

The sap flow methods calibration database was implemented for the development of the paper entitled "A synthesis of bias and uncertainty in sap flow methods" (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.agrformet.2019.03.012). A ".csv" file is provided. The column names are self-explanatory. When the wood density of a species is not available, the wood density of a phylogenetically close species is provided and the species is specified in the column "phylo_density_species".
