User-friendly anatomical structures data from the Uberon Ontology v1.0

Abstract

This repository creates user-friendly datasets from the 2015-07-24 Uberon release. Data is extracted from the OBO format and stored as tidy TSV files. For example, a tabular listing of cross-references is extracted. Additionally, a slim term set called Uberon hetio-slim is created containing 402 anatomical structures.
