Origen, evolución e investigaciones sobre la Calidad de Vida: Revisión Sistemática

Abstract

El objetivo principal fue analizar en la evidencia científica sobre el origen, la evolución y las investigaciones sobre la Calidad de Vida. Se llevó a cabo una revisión sistemática de la literatura según las recomendaciones de la declaración PRISMA. La búsqueda ocurrió en las bases de datos como PubMed, SciELO, Redalyc, SCOPUS, Springer, Taylor and Francis, Web of Science, Proquest, Ebook Central, Fielweb, EBSCO. Para la búsqueda se utilizó las palabras clave relacionadas con los objetivos deseados, según los términos Mesh y DeCs: "Calidad Vida” AND “Origen” OR “investigación” OR “Satisfacción” OR “historia” OR “propiedades psicométricas”. En conclusión, el origen de termino Calidad de Vida surgió en los años 30 en Europa, por el precursor de la economía del bienestar, el economista ingles Arthur Pigou. Posteriormente, expertos de la ONU en 1954 definieron al “nivel de vida” como las necesidades globales de la población para conseguir su satisfacción, después de unos años cambio el termino de nivel de vida por “Bienestar Social” como un concepto objetivo. En la década de los 70, Cambepbell, Converse y Rodgers, consideraron que la calidad de vida era equivalente al concepto de “Bienestar”, el bienestar incluía: la satisfacción con la vida, la felicidad, el estrés, los afectos, las competencias personales y la ansiedad. En el 2002 la calidad de vida fue definida como la noción que reconoce entidad a la experiencia que las personas tienen de sus propias formas y condiciones de vida, dando tanto o más valor a esa experiencia que a las condiciones materiales u observables definidas como adecuadas por los expertos.
