This is a belated release on GitHub, with v0.5.8 published on PyPI 2019-12-13 https://pypi.org/project/thapbi-pict/0.5.8/ The v0.5.x series focussed on the use of HMMs, which are now only used to describe control sequences. Specifically, a marker specific HMM is not longer used, making the tool easier to apply to other marker sequences.
