Alastor (Alastor) kuehlhorni GIORDANI SOIKA 1958 - Boll. Mus. civ. Stor. nat. Venezia 11 (1966): 98. V e r b r e i t u n g: SüdlichesMitteleuropa,Balkan, Türkei bisSüdrussland, Libanon, Syrien (In VECHT & FISCHER 1972 wurde für diese Gebiete auch irrtümlich die Art Alastor atropos LEPELETIER 1841 angeführt, weil bei verschiedenen Autoren die Art Alastor mocsaryi bei ihrer Veröffentlichungen noch nicht als Alastor -Art bekannt war. Alastor atropos kommt in dem behandelten Gebiet nicht vor Sie ist in Südwesteuropa und in Italien beheimatet.
