Abstract

Dasyhelea turficola Kieffer Dasyhelea turficola Kieffer, 1925a: 152 (Estonia). Material examined. Lebanon. Tyre, N 33° 15.535 E 35°12.726, 06.V.2012, beach, net, 2 males, leg. A. Alwin & P. Dominiak (LU & UG). Tyre, Al-Bass ruins, N 33° 16.232 E 35°12.706, 19 m asl, 12.V.2012, net, 2 males, leg. P. Dominiak (UG). Distribution. Dasyhelea turficola is widely distributed in the Palaearctic region (Dominiak & Szadziewski 2010), but from the Near East previously known only from Israel (Dominiak et al. 2007). New species for the Lebanese fauna.
