Hylaeus bisinuatus Förster 1871: 1048, 3 (type locality: France); Eremeeva et al. 2006: 26; Konusova et al. 2007: 213. Prosopis discrepans Schenck 1875: 326, 3 (type locality: Nassau, Germany). Prosopis incompleta Alfken 1937: 104, 3 (type locality: Bologna, Italy). Prosopis stevensi Crawford 1913: 155, Ƥ, 3 (type locality: North Dakota, USA). Hylaeus bisinuata: Konusova & Yanyushkin 2000: 284. Hylaeus leptocephalus: Proshchalykin 2004: 3; 2005: 30. Material examined: 2 Ƥ, 23. Russia. Tyva Republic (Kyzyl); Jewish AP (Birobidzhan). Distribution in Russia. European part (Osytshnjuk et al. 1978), Tomsk Prov., Kemerovo Prov. (Konusova & Yanyushkin 2000; Konusova et al. 2007), *Tyva Republic, Jewish AP. General distribution. Widely distributed in Europe and Asia Minor; west to north Spain, north to Denmark (57° north), south to Crete.
