The article analyzes the proposals of gastronomic tours to Latin America, which are provided by travel agencies of Ukraine. Features of gastronomic tourism are highlighted. The most popular Latin American gastronomic tours are presented as such countries: Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Peru and Chile. Fourteen travel agencies, which provide gastronomic and beverage tours to Latin America, were selected for the analysis. The geographic and species structure of gastronomic tours is given. The cost and duration of Latin American gastronomic tours, which are offered by Ukrainian travel agencies, have been investigated. The expenses, that are included or not included in the cost of the gastronomic tour, are determined. It is concluded that Latin America has many resources for organizing a gastronomic tour, but travel agencies in Ukraine offer few tours, which indicates the need to develop this direction.
