Leadership Au Féminin : Facteurs Clés De La Performance De La Cooperative Feminine Marocaine - Cas De La Région De Rabat-Sale-Kenitra-

Abstract

The social and Solidarity Economy in Morocco aims to reveal the talents of women entrepreneurs, since it is aware of the place that women hold through their major role and their economic participation in an emerging Morocco. It should be noted that academics are increasingly interested in social entrepreneurship, which has existed everywhere and always, but whose contemporary manifestations are intriguing because of their success and their rapid development. ( Bacq and Jenssen, 2011). The objective of this article is to present the success stories of Moroccan women who have led the flame of entrepreneurship with a tug of war through the creation of cooperatives. To do this, we will present a reflection on the leadership but in the feminine, while analyzing the key factors that led to the performance of the Moroccan women's cooperative. The field of study will focus on the region of Rabat, Sale and Kenitra. The structure of our paper will be based on the presentation of a literature review on the subject, with the treatment of the results of our empirical research, and finally, recommendations. Keywords: Cooperatives, women, leadership, performance, entrepreneurship.
