Abstract

robusta robusta (Meade-Waldo) Elimus robustus Meade-Waldo 1910a: 40, female—“S. Australia ” (London, type no. 18.128); 1913: 45 (referable to Ischnocoelia). Stenolabus vulneratus von Schulthess 1910: 191, fig. 5, female, male—“Adelaide, Australia meridionalis” (lectotype female Genève).— Giordani Soika 1969: 90 (designation of lectotype; a male labeled as “type” of vulneratus in Zürich is Elimus australis de Saussure). Ischnocoelia robusta; Meade-Waldo 1914: 459 (syn.: Stenolabus vulneratus von Schulthess).— Bequaert 1928b: 151 (holotype is a female from S. Australia).— Giordani Soika 1969: 69 (key), 88, figs. 40, 51 (W. A.: “Marloo Station, Wurarga,” King George).— Cardale 1985: 179 (cat.). Ischnocoelia “ vulnerata (Saussure)”; Bohart & Stange 1965: 11 (examined). ? Ischnocoelia cristata “Meade-Waldo; Bohart & Stange 1965: 11. Lapsus for robusta? Ischnocoelia robusta analis Giordani Soika 1969: 91, male, female—“ W. Australia: Marloo Station, Wurarga” (holotype male Berlin); also from “Dedari, 40 mls W of Coolgardie.”— Cardale 1985: 179 (cat.).— Borsato & Ratti 1999: 92 (list).— Borsato 2003: 528 (specimens ascribed to nominate subspecies by Giordani Soika collected same date and locality as type series of this subspecies). NEW SYNONYMY. Ischnocoelia robusta robusta; Borsato 2003: 528 (W. A.: “ 37 km SW of Youanni. (28.45S.— 118.31E,” “ 66 km ENE of Lake King,” “ 7 km NNW of Mt. Linden. (29.195S.— 122.25E),” “ 3 km NE of Comet Vale Siding (29.575S.— 1211.07E),” “ 7.5 km SEof Banjiwarm HS. (27.42S.— 121.37E),” “ 70–75 km ENE of Norseman ”). Ischnocoelia robusta “morpha a”; Borsato 2003: 529 (Qld.: Georgetown; N. S. W.: “ 70 km N Bourke,” “ 10 km W Mount Boppy”; Vic.).
