Inflated false discovery rate due to Volcano Plots

Abstract

The ui.R and server.R files are the files required for the active volcano plot shiny app to draw an volcano plot for the specified dataset with proper type I error control. The simVPPro.R file provides the simulation codes from the paper and the resample_SRP059039.rmd provides the codes for an RNA-seq data. More details are provided in the corresponding paper (DOI TBA) and git-hub page (https://github.com/mitra-ep/ActiveVolcanoPlot).
