This dataset is associated with the publication on Earth System Science Data, with the same title. It includes four sections including the model inputs of the estimation models, the simulation results of global CO2 emission and uptake by year, the variables and ranges considered in the uncertainty analyses of the uptake estimation and the corresponding confidence intervals from the analyses.
