Here are some demo datasets for validating the SMART technique for high-throughput brain mapping, including: reconstruction_sample.zip: Sample 3D images of mouse brain slices for validating SMART volume reconstruction . RM006-sts-4um.ims: A 4x downsampled image block of the area analyzed in Fig. 3 and Supplementary Video 5. It can be opened by Imaris viewer or our custom software Lychnis tracer for exploring and tracing. Due to the file size limit of Zenodo, a high-resolution version of this dataset is updated elsewhere in https://smart.bigconnecome.org . RM006-004-lychnis.zip: full-resolution image blocks surrounding a traced axon (RM006-004) that visualized in Supplementary Video 7. It can be opened by our custom software Lychnis tracer following the user guide. The complete image datasets (raw and processed) of macaque brains exceed 1 petabyte, and therefore are impractical to be uploaded to a public data repository. Sample images are accessible publicly through our website (http://smart.bigconnectome.org), with a browser for viewing full size reconstructed 2D images shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Supplementary Fig. 3. The subsets related to any figure or video in this work are freely available upon request with feasible data transfer mechanisms (such as physical hard disk drives, cloud storage, or onsite visiting).
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
