Please refer to the methods section of the paper for more detailed explanations. In summary: chuv_imaging_dataset_annotation.xlsx: table containing imaging assays available for each sample and histologic patterns present. he_images.zip: high-resolution images of FFPE sections stained with H&E and acquired at 20x magnification. ttf1_images.zip: high-resolution images of FFPE sections stained with TTF1 and acquired at 20x magnification. if_images.zip: high-resolution images of FFPE sections assayed with multicolor immunofluorescence (markers: CD20, CD4, CD8, CD68, Ki67) and acquired at 20x magnification. DSP_data_and_annotations.xlsx: tables containing Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP) data (in SNR) and annotations for batch1 and batch2. all_snapshots.zip: low-resolution snapshots of all images uploaded in this repository (H&E, TTF1, immunofluorescence - with all 5 colors together and with each color separately), with histologic pattern boundaries drawn on the images; immunofluorescence snapshots of DSP ROIs (batch1) and their position on each slide. Color code for histologic pattern boundaries: grey = normal, blue = lepidic, sea green = papillary, orange = acinar, red = solid. Color code for immunofluorescence channels: cyan = CD20, blue = CD4, yellow = CD8, red = CD68, green = Ki67. Color code for DSP snapshots: sea green = CD3, red = CD45, yellow = CD20, blue = DAPI
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
