Data and code files used in the paper. The four data files are provided in ASCII format (marr_S.TXT, broods_S.TXT, marr_G.TXT, broods_G.TXT). The code file (script_IPM_wryneck_Tenan_etal.txt) is a space delineated text file. The code file is written for R, but models are run in NIMBLE from R. The code file also contains the description of the data files and code for data management.
