Abstract

Este breve trabajo pretende repasar cómo a lo largo de la historia y de la perspectiva de cada sociedad ha sido concebida la infancia - sobre todo la más desfavorecida -, y de qué forma se ha abordado la situación de estos niños en conflicto con la ley penal.
