The book is a study of successful community management of water services in five communities of the State of Hidalgo, Mexico. The book is based on the thesis presented by the author at the Colegio de San Luis (COLSAN), Mexico, to the Master Programme in Sustainable Water Management. The thesis was awarded the 2018 Student Prize of the WATERLAT-GOBACIT Network.
