UKRAINE: Ivano-Frankivsk Reg.: 1 ♀, Bogorodchany Distr., Zhbyr, 8 km SW of Bogorodchany, 48.777922 N, 24.456837 E, 405 m, mixed forest, sweeping, 27.vii.2012; 1 ♀, idem, yellow pan trap, 27.vii.2013. Transcarpathian Reg.: 1 ♀, Rakhiv Distr., Svydovets, 2–3 km NW of Kvasy, 48.144694 N, 24.270809 E, 750 m, beech forest, sweeping, 5.vi.2010, leg. O. Varga (MRPC, ZSM). Distribution. Western Europe; new record for Ukraine. Remark. This species was described as Stenobarichneumon ridibitor Aubert, 1994, but the paratype of S. ridibitor deposited in the ZSM shows a distinct median longitudinal ridge on the collar. Therefore, this species is transferred to the genus Baranisobas Heinrich, 1972 (comb. nov.)
