Abstract

Chinavia schuhi Schwertner & Grazia Coloração geral do corpo verde; bordos da cabeça, pronoto, hemiélitro e conexivo vermelhos; pontuação da face dorsal do pronoto, escutelo e hemiélitros verde-escura; cicatrizes dopronoto e ângulosbasais do escutelo imaculados; rostroultrapassando as metacoxas. Diferencia-se de C. aseada e C. ubica pelacoloração do espiráculo castanho-clara, ângulos umerais agudos e bordos posteriores dos gonocoxitos 8 levemente convexos. Diferencia-sede C. nigrodorsata e C. simplicis pela ausência de calo amarelo junto aos espiráculos. Única espécie de Chinavia com rostro longo, ultrapassando as metacoxas. Espécie de distribuição amazônica, sem registro de planta hospedeira. Holótipo ilustrado em Schwertner & Grazia (2006b). Tamanhodos adultos: 12-15mm. Distribuição: Brasil (AM), Peru.
