Abstract

Eremohaplomydas n. gen. Les caractères génériques sont communs aux deux sexes et basés sur Pexamen d’un exemplaire ♀ et de deux exemplaires ♂♂. Espace interoculaire large et faiblement déprimé au Vertex; protubérance faciale faiblement saillants; pilosité céphalique peu développée; antennes très courtes dépassant à peine la longueur de la tête; deux articles basaux cylindriques; le troisième très raccourci, élargi, en forme de coupe évasée dístalement, sans annulation distale, plus court que les deux articles basaux réunis; massue terminale volumineuse, piriforme, plus longue que la somme des trois premiers articles, munie d’une verrue terminale. Trompe absente, palpes courts cylindriques; absence de palpifer. Fémurs postérieurs renflés, armés sur la face interne de quatre rangées d”épines insérées sur des tubercules; elles sont dïmportance inégale les deux rangées proprement internes sont longues; les deux rangées satellites placées dístalement en situation antéro-interne et postéro-interne sont à Pétàt d”ébauche comprenant 1 à 3 épines souvent faiblement développées. Tibia postérieur à éperon saillant terminal dont Pextrémité n”est pas pointue mais équarrie, prolongée par une soie acuminée. Nervation alaire du type Leptomydas, màis sans nervure appendiculaire à la fourche cubitale, correspondant à celle figurée par SÈGUY (1930) pour Heleomydas lesnei; la nervure transverse radio-médiane est bien développée; la nervure anale est fortement raccourcie et n'atteint pas la marginale; alula absente; abdomen allongé, ± cylindrique. Hypopyge très réduit sans forceps inférieur proprement dit; armature génitale chez la ♀ à cerques extériorisés, comportant de chaque côté une rangée dépines-gouges du type habituel. Genotype Eremohaplomydas desertorum n. sp.
