This release includes page breaks and structural mark-up validated against the facsimile for all twelve issues of volume 3. As always, this release includes corresponding bibliographic metadata for all articles and issues in this volume. With this release the basics (page breaks, structural mark-up) are done. Future releases will focus on incremental improvements, fixes, and maintenance.
