Homicidio infantil, prevaricación y venganza contra un chungunguero. Una microhistoria judicial en Gatico (1922)

Abstract

A través de variadas fuentes periodísticas, se reseña una microhistoria que involucra a niños, a cazadores costeros y a un juez durante el año 1922. Esta microhistoria nos permite caracterizar la cotidianeidad de un poblado minero, conocer sus características sociológicas, los efectos de las relaciones sociales desiguales y las pulsiones de subjetividad y anomalía en la gestión de justicia.
