The provided data corresponds to the submitted manuscript to the Water Resources Research as 2020WR029307. Model calibration and forecast as well as observation data value assessment and relevant executables are included in the archive file. Data includes Parallel Pest, PPEST, input and output files for the joint-inversion of discharge, water temperature, and solute concentration for the Freiheit Karst Spring in Minnesota, United States. A sub-folder named "1" includes CFPv2 model input files. The corresponding outputs are simply excluded to reduce the size of uploaded files. However, one can easily reproduce them using the provided batch file within the folder, given a set of input parameters from PEST (or even manually). Any question regarding the model (i.e., CFPv2) or the joint inversion can be sent to alireza.kavousi@tu-dresden.de (corresponding author).
