Abstract

Debido a la pandemia del Covid-19, casi todos los profesores se encontraron en medio de una situación totalmente nueva para ellos, porque no investigan y no se mantienen actualizados en los desarrollos que se dan permanentemente en relación con las metodologías, didácticas y modelos de enseñanza. Todavía utilizan modelos del siglo XIX en los que, obligatoriamente el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje se debe desarrollar de forma presencial. Aquellos pocos que innovan sin temor en didácticas y modelos de enseñanza, vieron la oportunidad de poner en práctica su conocimiento, obteniendo resultados de aprendizaje equivalentes a si estuvieran en el aula física. Los investigadores, autores y profesores, que presentan los resultados de su investigación en los capítulos de este libro, hacen parte de esta última categoría. Son inquietos, no conformes, innovadores y, sobre todo, no tiene temor de validar los resultados con sus estudiantes. El lector podrá darse cuenta de que es posible innovar en educación sin alterar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, a la vez que se crean ambientes virtuales en los que los actores de la educación no perciben diferencias sustanciales entre la realidad real y la realidad virtual.
